I have been in the business for over 10 years and our team can handle a variety of real estate transactions, including but not limited to equity sales, pre-foreclosures, short sales and REO bank-owned homes. I am a husband, dad, grandpa (8 grandkids total) a Christian and a fun guy to work with. Relationships are critical to business and critical to me and our team. As a member of the Keller Williams Renton Agent Leadership Council, I assist in preparing and monitoring office goals and policies. As an Agent Mentor and Agent Recruiting Chairman, I share my knowledge to train new agents and help them become successful Realtors using the Keller Williams University Training Systems. I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and have received the Keller Williams Southeast Sound "Get It Done" award. Before I joined Keller Williams, I was a 26-year member of the Washington State Patrol (retired Sergeant). I worked long and hard, made many great friends (and sadly lost a couple), taught the "rookies", supervised an office and crew, and learned to drive really, really fast (I still miss that part). While in the WSP I learned the importance of negotiating, problem solving, showing respect for all, persistence and attention to detail, all which continue to serve me well in my business as a professional real estate consultant.
